For this Valentine’s Day, Iruda Flower is collaborating with White Heron Coffee to bring you a cake and flower box to spend the special day with your special person.

In this collaboration box you will find a 4-inch Strawberry Soju cake as well as an eternal flower arrangement with eternal roses along with assorted eternal dried flowers. 

*This set will be available for pick up between February 11th to February 14th and must be ordered 2 days in advance.

**Please write the pick up date and time in the order notes at checkout. If you select a date outside this range, we will contact you to rearrange the pick up date (NOTE: Only available for pick-up at the outlet in Monkland or the White Heron Cafe on the Plateau). 

About the Valentine’s Day Cake 

We have designed a Strawberry Soju Cake inspired by sweetness and passion. This 4-inch cake has the perfect sweetness balanced with with a small kick of soju and is the perfect size for a special date night.

This cake consists of three layers of our classic vanilla genoise and is covered with Chantilly cream and topped with fresh strawberries and dried rose petals. Each layer is brushed with soju simple syrup fresh strawberries and strawberry yogurt cream. 

About Eternal Flowers

Eternal Flowers are a superior form of dried flower created using the most advanced preservation methods available to retain the shape, colour and beauty of flowers for up to 24 months. The less direct sunlight, the longer Eternal Flowers will last.

Notes:

1. Limited quantity
2. To be picked up between February 11th to 14th
3. Eternal roses come in random colours 
4. You may choose the box colour while supplies last 
5. We use about one shot of soju per cake. You may not feel it but it’s there! It may or may not hit you after consumption. For an alcohol-free version please choose the “No Soju for you” option. 
6. This cake is not vegan or gluten-free

* Storage instructions: Keep the cake under refrigeration for up to 3 days. Note: the soju flavour notes will decrease with time.
